Terry Richardson is credited with directing the video for Cyrus' latest single, from her forthcoming album Bangerz.
Its release comes just two weeks after the singer's highly controversial performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, which saw her stripping down to flesh-toned underwear and twerking against Robin Thicke.

Cyrus defended the performance last week, insisting critics are over-thinking her provocative displays.
"I don't pay attention to the negative because I've seen this play out, how many times have we seen this play out in pop music?" she told MTV.
The singer also garnered controversy for performing her single We Can't Stop with a band of dwarfs on the German TV show Schlag den Raab on Saturday.
Dressed in denim hot pants and a crop top, Cyrus danced onstage before she twerked with one of the band members before playfully smacking him on the bottom.
Cyrus is meanwhile preparing to make a splash as host and musical guest of Saturday Night Live on October 5, two years after making her debut on the US TV show.
Bangerz is scheduled for release on October 4.
